What is the current situation for SaaStr Europa 2020?
We have been keeping up to date on the situation in France in order to make the best decision in response to the global outbreak of COVID-19.
Unfortunately, as the coronavirus pandemic has continued to spread in France; the French government has now extended its lockdown and banned events through September 2020. As such, and for the health and safety of our global community, we have made the decision to postpone SaaStr Europa to next year.
The health and safety of our international community remain of the utmost importance to SaaStr and our goal remains to host an in-person event in Europa as soon as permitted and safe to do so for our international community.
If you were a ticket holder to SaaStr Europa 2020, all ticket holders will be automatically transferred to SaaStr Europa and SaaStr Annual in 2021. The registrations will be transferred automatically, no action is required on your part.
Can I get a refund?
It is unfortunate that SaaStr Europa 2020 had to be postponed due to the incredibly difficult and unforeseen situation that has continued to unfold with the COVID-19 pandemic.
All SaaStr Europa 2020 Ticket holders will be automatically transferred to SaaStr Europa in June 2021 and SaaStr Annual in February 2021. The registrations will be transferred automatically in the coming weeks, no further action is required on your part.
And while it is unfortunate that SaaStr is not in a position to offer refunds, we hope you’ll be able to take advantage of the above tickets. If you can no longer attend, we are happy to help you transfer your tickets to the person of your choice or defer your credit to any other future event of your choice.
